Cancellations for hair braiding or chemical treated styles are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. However, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a charge of 50% of the scheduled cost will apply, which helps us maintain our commitment to providing quality natural hair care to all our clients.
